Below is our Flight Terms & Refunds Policy, which outlines important information regarding booking,
cancellations, refunds,
and other related aspects of your helicopter ride.
Booking Process

All bookings must be made via the Company's official website or customer service
center.

A booking is confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation email or
SMS from the Company.

A valid credit card and government-issued ID is required to confirm the
booking.

The driver's responsibilities include safe operation of the vehicle, ensuring
passenger comfort, and adherence to the agreed itinerary.
Driver's Requirements

The driver assigned to the vehicle is professionally trained and holds all
necessary driving licenses and permits required by law.

The customer is expected to behave respectfully toward the driver, and any abusive
or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the
service without a refund.
Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Cancellations made at least____
hours/days before the scheduled service time will be eligible for a full
refund.

Cancellations made within hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation
fee of [percentage]% of the total booking amount.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the scheduled pickup

Additional Charges

such as extra hours, extended travel beyond the agreed area, or special

the customer.

A surcharge may apply for bookings during holidays, peak times, or specific

Liability and Insurance

The vehicle provided is fully insured by the Company, including third-party
liability and damage coverage.

The customer must immediately report any accidents, damage, or issues to [Company

during the service, the customer may be held financially responsible for repairs or

Booking

All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upon successful booking (confirmed upon receiving 100% advance payment), you will

Flight duration and costs will be quoted based on the indicated flying time,
overnight stays, waiting charges, and
any additional factors. If there is a change
in these parameters, the quote will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to verify all information at the time of booking. Please
ensure that the details are accurate. If there are any discrepancies, please inform
us immediately.

In case incorrect information is not updated before the flight, Balaji
Helicopter and Luxurious Car reserves the right to deny the service or
additional charges may apply to correct the details.

No refund will be issued for any errors in information provided by the client
after booking confirmation, unless it affects the overall service and can be
corrected within a reasonable timeframe.
-
Minimum charges will apply for _____ hours of flying per day.

If there is no flying, a minimum daily commitment equivalent to two flying hours
will be charged.

Flight schedules are subject to clearance from weather conditions, ATC, and other
statutory agencies, and any changes may require a revision of the quote.
Billing, Payment & Payment Methods

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your helicopter
ride.

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment options
available on our website.

The flight will only be confirmed once payment has been received and
processed.
-
Flight durations are calculated under NIL wind conditions, and billing will be
based on the actual time taken from engine start to engine off.
Changes to Bookings or Rescheduling
-
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate changes to
your booking. Any modifications to your flight must be made at least 48 hours before
the scheduled flight.

Changes to bookings, such as a change in flight date or time, may incur additional
charges depending on availability and the nature of the change.

If there is any change to the charter conditions, the quotation will be revised
accordingly.
-
For any prolonged halts, the client will be responsible for crew layover charges,
including hotel accommodations.
-
If there are changes in routes by the client after payment (e.g., from
Pune-Mumbai-Goa to Pune-Mumbai-Pune), the payment is non-refundable.
-
A re-booking fee may apply, and changes are subject to the availability of
slots.
Cancellation & Refunds Policy
-
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 72 hours before
the scheduled flight to receive a full refund.
-
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled flight will be subject
to a cancellation fee. The refund will be processed after deducting this fee.
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the flight are non-refundable. However, we
will offer an opportunity to reschedule, subject to availability and additional
fees.
-
No refund will be issued for no-shows (when you miss the flight without prior
notice).

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the cancellation. Refunds will be
processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
-
The refund will be calculated after deducting the cancellation fee, if
applicable.
-
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the
flight or if you fail to show up for the flight.
-
No refund will be issued for any errors in information provided by the client
after booking confirmation, unless it affects the overall service and can be
corrected within a reasonable timeframe.
-
You may reschedule your flight, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before
the scheduled departure.
-
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
depending on the timing of the request.
-
If a flight is rescheduled due to weather or operational issues on our end, no
rescheduling fee will be charged.
Weather or Safety-Related Cancellations

In the event of adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen
circumstances that prevent the flight from occurring, we will offer a full refund or
the opportunity to reschedule the flight without any additional charge.

If the flight is delayed due to weather or safety reasons, we will do our best to
reschedule your flight at the earliest convenient time. You will not be charged
additional fees for such delays.
Force Majeure

If a flight is diverted due to weather or operational reasons, the actual flying
time will be charged, and any balance will be payable or refundable.

Balaji Helicopter and Luxurious Car is not responsible for
cancellations or delays due to unforeseen events like bad weather, poor visibility,
technical problems, or non-availability of clearance from ATC or other statutory
authorities. If the flight cannot take off, the amount will be refunded.
Passenger Requirements & Baggage Restrictions

All passengers must present valid identification (e.g., government-issued ID) at
the time of check-in before the flight.

Passengers should be aware of and adhere to weight restrictions. Please contact us
in advance if you have any concerns regarding baggage or weight limitations.

Passengers are required to comply with all safety instructions provided by the
crew during the flight. Failure to comply with safety measures may result in
cancellation of the flight without a refund.

For foreign passengers, passport details, nationality, and visa information must
be provided at the time of booking.

Baggage restrictions apply, and weight and dimensions must be provided at the time
of booking or 24 hours in advance.

Passengers are not allowed to carry dangerous goods; all items will be subject to
security checks as per Indian Government regulations.
In-Flight Services

Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, snacks, and beverages will be provided
onboard as per customer preferences.
Helipad Requirements & Permissions

The client must provide a landing site sketch, coordinates (latitude and
longitude), and ensure the landing area is free from obstructions.

For government properties, written permission from the district collector or
commissioner of police is required. For privately owned properties, permission from
the property owner is necessary.
-
Helipad arrangements will be the responsibility of the client, but we can assist
in coordinating this.
Video & Photo Publishing
-
Charter videos and photos may be published on our social media and website
galleries. If you have an objection, please inform us prior to your flight.
Health & Safety
-
We prioritize the safety of our passengers and strictly adhere to all aviation
safety regulations.

Passengers should be in good health for the flight. If you are pregnant, have
serious medical conditions, or have any concerns, please consult a doctor before
booking your flight.

In the event of any medical emergencies or if the flight crew feels that a
passenger’s health may be at risk, the flight may be canceled or altered for safety
reasons.
Customer Satisfaction

SATCOM Charges

If applicable, SATCOM charges will be calculated based on actual usage during the

payments made to third-party vendors or agencies claiming to represent us.
