Below is our Flight Terms & Refunds Policy, which outlines important information regarding booking, cancellations, refunds, and other related aspects of your helicopter ride.

Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made via the Company's official website or customer service center.
  • A booking is confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation email or SMS from the Company.
  • A valid credit card and government-issued ID is required to confirm the booking.

  • The customer is expected to behave respectfully toward the driver, and any abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

  • Cancellations made at least____ hours/days before the scheduled service time will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of [percentage]% of the total booking amount.
